Qualifications / Experience
Assist in the building of a supervisory training & leadership development program. Update dated handbook, improve safety inspections, documentation of report rates, create performance reviews by department, communicate with top talent and track those willing to relocate with the company.
Bachelor's degree in Business or HR with 10-15 years of HR experience.
There is some travel with this position.
