Qualifications / Experience
Responsible for employee relations support to employees and partnering with leaders on talent related activities, including hiring, development, training, coaching, compliance with HR laws and issues and personal leaves. Key point of contact for the Co-op/Internship program and sourcing-networking with school, community and industry contacts to identify talent pipelines.
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organization Design or Psychology with 10+ years experience. Bi-lingual in Spanish is required.
