Director of Sales - MSSP
Qualifications / Experience
International client looking for a Sales Leader to start their US presence - with particular focus on MSSP. My client has been in business over 15 years, and has over 20 offices internationally, fairly established channel program-MSSP partners- they have a handful of US clients and 4 heads currently in states- including a C-level, they have plans to open a US office in Western Suburb of Chicago this year. The plan is to bring on a Sales Leader to develop a plan of attack for US- projected 3 additional sales heads this year that you would hire-train-manage. If succesful this could lead to a VP of Sales- NA title in 2-3 years. I'm looking for a candidate that has a mixture of sales management- carrying a bag yourself- channel experience- and particularly history of recruiting-onboarding MSSP partners. Comp is approx $260k OTE with base over $100k- the upside is endless.
- Not looking for pure sales management history- looking for a mixture of direct sales-channel- sales leadership.
- Real experience in Security Software is required- preferred Network Security- prefer early stage start up where you've worn many hats.
