Assurance Manager
Qualifications / Experience
Coordinate with Assurance Partner on all phases of the engagement, delegate work to staff according to their experience, provide on the job training to assist in the development of the staff, provide overall leadership, supervision, training, and performance feedback to the staff, research and resolve complex accounting issues, develop business by expanding existing relationships with clients, networking and marketing.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with 5+years experience in public accounting with prior supervisory role.
CPA is required.
