Senior Recruiter and Founder
Jon Koski has had specialized recruiting experience in the Finance and Accounting industries since 1998. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Jon has spent four years in consultative sales and gained experience at key Finance and Accounting recruitment firms. He has held progressive roles at Robert Half International, including Division Director, and was recruited to successful startup company WilliamCharles’ Finance and Accounting division, Financial Edge prior to starting Full Cycle Recruiting in 2007.
Based in West Michigan, Full Cycle Recruiting was founded on Jon’s drive to bring employers and job candidates superior recruiting and staffing solutions and individualized service. Jon prides himself in outworking the competition while delivering an honest, direct approach to the recruitment process.
Senior Recruiter, IT Division
Tom specializes in software positions in network security, network virtualization, cloud computing and SAAS nationwide from his base in Chicago. Prior to joining Full Cycle Recruiting, he was Area Manager at Check Point Software, managing a team of 17 with a $30M quota. He also built Check Point Inside’s sales team from 2 heads to 25 before being promoted to Area Manager. Prior to working at Check Point Software, Mr. Waldron was at Intercall for five years, during which time the company grew from $30m to $400m. Tom also recruits for Direct Representatives, Channel Managers and Sales Engineers as well as Sales Management positions.
Tom’s recruiting strategy is to present 2-3 great candidates for each position that he has personally interviewed and reference checked.
